Cancellation Policy
When you book a session with me, that time is held exclusively for you. I prepare for our work together with care and intention — and I ask that you honor that time with the same respect.
Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible so that your appointment time can be offered to someone else who may be waiting. If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying me at least 24 hours in advance, the full session fee will be charged.
A Note on Life Being Unpredictable I understand that unexpected things happen — sudden illness, family emergencies, circumstances beyond your control. If you realize you may be late or need to cancel last minute, please reach out as soon as you can. I will always do my best to be understanding and may make exceptions in genuinely unforeseen circumstances.
My simple ask is this — communicate with me. That courtesy goes a long way and I will always meet it with kindness.
Limitations of Service & Disclaimer
Your Participation is Voluntary All services offered through Renewed Spirit Wellness are entirely voluntary. You are free to end your participation at any time, for any reason.
A Complement to — Not a Replacement for — Professional Care The services I provide can be a powerful and meaningful complement to traditional medicine and mental health care. Please know that I am not a licensed psychologist, physician or specialist healthcare professional. My work does not replace the care of doctors, therapists, psychiatrists or other regulated health professionals. If you are currently receiving professional medical or mental health care, I encourage you to continue doing so alongside our work together.
Your Wellbeing is Your Responsibility You are the expert on your own life. While I bring over twenty years of experience, genuine care and proven processes to our sessions — your choices, actions and results remain your own. I am unable to take responsibility for the outcomes of decisions made based on our work together. Please use your own discernment and seek additional professional guidance wherever appropriate.
No Guarantees I share evidence-informed tools, educational resources and transformational processes designed to support your growth and healing. However, I am unable to guarantee specific results. Your experience will be shaped by your own readiness, effort, circumstances and innumerable factors beyond my knowledge or control. What I can guarantee is that I will show up for you with full presence, deep care and my very best work — every single session.
